Landscaping and biodiversity

Our proposals for Navigator Quarter will look to integrate existing green infrastructure assets, where possible, and reinforce these through new native planting and creation of new habitats.

We are committed to delivering an attractive landscaped environment for those who work at the scheme and visitors. This will include everything from planting new greenery and trees to specific measures aimed at increasing biodiversity.

In line with national policy, we will achieve a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain using both on-site enhancement as well as off-site provision.
