THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re transforming approximately 110 acres of land within the airport and freeport ecosystem into a high-quality new strategic employment destination.
Working in partnership, Southampton International Airport Limited (SIAL) and blocwork, a joint venture between bloc and Network Rail, have a vision to unlock this underused site and create a vibrant location for inward investment and enterprise.
A place where local, national and international businesses can grow, benefiting from the unique attributes of the location.
A scheme to meet the needs of modern business and attract new employers to the region.
A location that is flexible to suit a broad range of occupiers and sectors, offering around 92,000 sq m of new industrial and business space.

What are we bringing?
Navigator Quarter will be different to anything currently available in the local market.
It is the only Solent Freeport site to be directly served by an airport – a combination of ‘airport and freeport’ which underpins the unique advantages of the location.
Our plans are to deliver market-responsive space with a mix of differently-sized and high-quality buildings which will come forward within a defined masterplan. It will be a destination which is flexible to a range of business and occupier needs.
We have an expert team focused on providing an optimum blend of high-quality industrial and business space to attract, support and enable occupiers, coupled with an excellent environment.
Buildings will be designed to be energy efficient to achieve a BREEAM score of ‘Excellent’.
Alongside placemaking principles, our designs are driven by sustainability and energy efficiency, high-quality landscaping, cycle paths and encouragement for active travel.
